Omprakash Ahuja

As President & CEO of Om Hospitality, Prakash oversees construction of hotel properties and maintaining client relationships. He is a leader, entrepreneur and his focus is providing a relaxing and pleasant stay to travellers who stay at the hotels.

Prakash entered the hospitality industry in 2005 with the acquisition of the first hotel in 2005 in Austin, Texas. Thereafter he acquired another property, a Hampton Inn and Suites in Tomball Texas which was later sold to a PE firm in 2013. At present, Prakash oversees the management of 2 hotels in the Houston area: Four Points by Sheraton in the Energy Corridor and a Staybridge Suites at IAH airport. Prakash is an active member of many organizations such as Houston Minority Supplier Development Council (HMSDC), Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACCGH), American Asian Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) to name a few. Prakash has many certifications in hotel management.

Prakash has a bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering and worked for Honeywell as an automation and control systems engineer for 18 years prior to starting his entrepreneurial venture building, owning, and managing hotels in the Texas area.

Juuhi Ahuja

Juuhi oversees finance and tax related aspect in Om Hospitality. She helps foster new client relationships for the hotels in the Houston area.

Juuhi was the Founder & CEO of Wise Men Consultants an IT services and solutions firm based in Houston, Texas with over 450 employees. Wise Men clients included several large Fortune 500 companies such as ExxonMobil, Centerpoint Energy, Mitsubishi Electric, NRG, Apache, Conocophillips to name a few. After selling Wise Men to a PE backed IT firm, in 2024 Juuhi embarked on her new venture called Merlin Solutions which helps clients in Cybersecurity, SAP and IT staffing all over the US and has an offshore delivery center in India.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from University of Mumbai and MBA in Finance from the New York Institute of Technology.
